KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (MECHANICAL – STATIC & ROTATING)
To supervise rotating and static equipment installation verifying they are performed in compliance with
project schedule and budget and as per project drawings, specifications and applicable
standards
- Technical Integrity of Mechanical Works
- Monitoring that the installation of rotating & static equipment (e.g. pumps, compressors, air coolers etc. vessels, drums, tanks, columns, reactors, heaters, heat exchangers, others) are in compliance with project schedule and
budget
- Validation of Mechanical works progress (constructed quantities)
- Validation of rotating equipment installation progress
- Ensure installation & testing of static and rotating equipment comply with drawings, specs and international standards
- Verify alignments, couplings and vessel internals (level, elevation, type)
- Monitor construction progress and identify deviations with recovery actions
- Ensure proper equipment preservation, lubrication and readiness
- Track manpower, daily activities and site progress
- Witness construction & pre-commissioning tests and validate QA/QC documentation
- Manage punch lists and support Mechanical Completion activities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on site
