Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, operation, and handover of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

• Review contractual documentation
• Verify that pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, test run, and operation requirements are properly accounted for in engineering documents
• Take part in project planning and scheduling (pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operations)
• Support preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, operation, and handover procedures/manuals
• Review test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals
• Review vendor / licensor schedules and assignments related to commissioning activities
• Assist Services Purchasing and Subcontracting Departments in the definition of subcontract scope of work
• Supervise preparation of integrated pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation schedules
• Support definition of temporary logistic requirements needed to comply with project scope
• Ensure compliance with project review meetings
• Support HSE Manager for safety aspects within area of responsibility
• Verify preparation of HSE Plans for commissioning and operational phases
• Participate in HAZOP review meetings when required
• Ensure preparation and checking of Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluations within responsibility scope
• Review 3D Model for compliance with commissioning and operational requirements
• Define commissioning systems and handover priorities
• Define and review commissioning spare parts and consumables
• Ensure verification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during home office activities
• Support compliance with international regulations (Classification Society, IMO, SOLAS, ISPS Code, MARPOL, etc.) during operation phase
The Commissioning Lead will coordinate and oversee commissioning-related activities throughout all project phases, ensuring proper execution, compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and alignment with safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
