Construction Supervisor

Working shift 28/28, night shift, duration of the contract: 6 month with possible prolongation, agency hiring

Main functions:

1 Coordinate the HSE activities on behalf of the Client; supervise and monitor the Contractor site work activities. Provide professional advise and guidance to the Contractors in their compliance with HSE local rules, Company and Client HSE standards and international best practices;
2 Promote an HSE culture with a focus on understanding the HSE risks; accountability of the workers as well as the STOP-work authority principles with all Contractor personnel;
3 Support the Company Construction Manager with regards to HSE related information, inclusive of HSE incidents; performance data; action tracking of identified (corrective) actions and any other HSE information that is relevant for the safe and environmental friendly execution of the activities.
