Working shift 28/28, night shift, duration of the contract: 6 month with possible prolongation, agency hiring

Main functions:
1. Supervise and monitor construction activities during night shifts in Zhanaozen; ensure Contractors comply with project plans, quality requirements, and safety standards.
2 Provide daily guidance and support to Contractor teams on site, resolving operational issues and coordinating resources for efficient workflow.
3 Assist the Construction Manager with reporting on night shift progress, safety observations, and any operational issues requiring attention.
