We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Facilities Commissioning Manager to join one of the most strategic offshore developments in the Middle East. This role is central to the Project, a major international initiative focused on delivering world-class offshore infrastructure in Qatar.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all commissioning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases, ensuring seamless execution from pre-commissioning to handover. Based in Doha, with scheduled travel to fabrication and offshore sites, you will play a vital role in shaping the operational success of this landmark project.
Lead all commissioning activities for offshore facilities from preparation through execution.
Manage commissioning teams onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, project management teams, and operations to ensure integrated execution strategies.
Provide expertise in commissioning procedures, system handover, and performance testing.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to international and client-specific standards.
Minimum 15 years of experience in commissioning roles within offshore Oil & Gas environments.
Proven track record with EPC contractors and large-scale offshore projects.
Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., China Yard and Offshore Qatar).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
