Process Specialist
Job Description:
The Process Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes within the water and fume treatment plants. This includes ensuring that the treatment processes are efficient, compliant with regulations, and meet the required performance standards. The specialist will analyse plant operations, recommend improvements, and ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize water and fume treatment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
Analyze operational data and identify areas for process improvement.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
Prepare and deliver reports on process performance and improvements to management.
Provide technical support and training to operators and engineers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization in water treatment, fume treatment, or similar industrial sectors.
In-depth understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and industry standards.
Strong analytical skills and experience with process modelling and simulation tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to relocate to Germany and work on-site for the duration of the project.
